Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for developing web SaaS applications. The work includes new designs and extension of our existing code base. You will work on the full application stack, requiring experience in front and backend development. You will be part of a tight engineering team delivering on an aggressive release cycle.

Job Requirements:
4+ years of recent web development experience, focusing on building rich web based UI.
Strong knowledge of Internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Java Servlets, AJAX).
Experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP)
Experience implementing systems using a MVC framework.
Proven experience successfully delivering web applications through the full product lifecycle.
Understanding of object orientated programming, design with patterns.
Excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking skills.
BS Computer Science or equivalent.
An entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset.
Bonus Requirements:
8+ years of overall commercial software development experience.
Familiar with application frameworks i.e. Grails, Hibernate, Spring
Familiar with web UI libraries i.e. DOJO, scriptaculous, prototype
Recent experience with Apache OS application technology (e.g. Tomcat)
Experience working with reporting, database or analytics technology such as OLAP servers, data warehouse infrastructure.
Experience with database backend development i.e. schema design concepts, metadata management, indexing, crafting queries for performance.
